Voting in the first GWU Union Election concluded Sunday at 11:59 on 11/24/2024.
Our bylaws are now ratified, and will be sent to the UAW International Union to be reviewed and approved.
The full results are listed in this spreadsheet (also embedded below). The steward for your department (or group of departments) is your first point of contact for support with union issues, so check who your steward(s) is/are!
There are currently 4 vacancies for steward positions, and 2 vacancies on the Steering Committee and Joint Council. Nominations for those positions will be open on a rolling basis until they are filled. You can nominate yourself or another member here.
